Cacao (raw chocolate and chocolate in general!) is the #1 antioxidant food in the world, cacao is extraordinarily rich in the minerals that we require to fight stress (magnesium, iron, chromium, zinc, copper, manganese, and phosphorus). Cacao contains some of the best soluble fiber of any food, and cacao contains the bliss chemical anandamide (PEA).

Anandamide has been associated with improving motivation and increasing pleasure. A study published in July 1998 indicated that anandamide inhibits human breast cancer cells.
